What you'll do

  • Design autonomous mobile robots (AMR) and develop on-board devices (lift, conveyor and gripper types)
  • Create BOMs (bills of materials) and 3D/2D design drawings, and build the document package for mass production

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in robotics, automation equipment or mechanical design
  • Able to select motor and actuator specifications
  • Able to design dynamic mechanisms
  • Experience in welding and sheet-metal design

Nice to have

  • Experience participating in mechanical design and manufacturing of autonomous robots such as AGVs and AMRs
  • Experience designing and building custom AMRs for large enterprises
  • Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS
  • Proficiency in foreign languages such as English, Chinese or Japanese
