Enhancing visitor convenience with the AI-powered serving robot “EREON”

AI-driven robotics platform company Polaris3D Co., Ltd. (CEO Inbum Kwak) announced its participation as an official sponsor of the upcoming 2025 APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) Third Senior Officials’ Meeting and Related Meetings, to be held at Songdo Convensia in Incheon from July 26. As Korea’s leading serving robot company, Polaris3D’s participation is expected to enhance event operations and showcase the nation’s cutting-edge service robot technology to the world.

The sponsorship was finalized through an official MOU signing ceremony for the 32nd APEC Meeting on July 22.

During the APEC event, Polaris3D will deploy its AI-based autonomous serving robot “EriON” throughout the venue to support attendees. Positioned across key areas, EriON will autonomously deliver promotional materials, navigate complex routes without collision using its advanced self-driving technology, and provide voice guidance to improve the overall visitor experience.
